What is the minimum booking?
Every customer is different so we endeavour to tailor our services to each individual, please contact us to let us know your requirements and we will provide you with a no-obligation estimate for our services.
What is included in your service?
We provide a wide range of services - so depending on your needs and following a consultation we will provide you with a cleaning plan which will clearly detail what you can expect from us.
Do I provide materials or equipment?
We bring all our own cleaning materials and equipment. We use eco friendly cleaning products which conform to health & safety standards.
How do you check your employees?
Following a first interview by telephone, if the applicant seems suitable we then arrange a second interview. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with references will we accept them on to our team. Every cleaner we employ must have two references, which we follow up and check and finally we check their authority to work in the UK.
Access to my premises?
It is entirely up to you whether you would leave the keys with us or provide access to your premises. We will visit you only at the date and time we have agreed in the cleaning plan.
What happens if I go on holiday?
Call us with as much notice as possible. If you don’t require your home/premises to be cleaned whilst you are away, then we simply cancel that week’s clean and you pay nothing.
What happens if my clean falls on a Bank Holiday?
We simply schedule that week’s clean for another day immediately before or after your normal day.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes our public liability insurance provides £1,000,000 of cover.
